18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

JUST2BUCKS LLC, which operates Horned, is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any visual depiction appearing on the service, within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Every photo and every post is created and uploaded by the member it depicts. We provide the hosting, storage and transmission of that content and we do not select, curate, edit or alter it.

To the extent any content on the service falls within the scope of those statutes, the record-keeping obligations rest with the member who produced it, and we do not hold those records.

Every member confirms at signup that they are 18 or older, from a date of birth we check and never display. Our Terms of Service prohibit posting or sending content involving anyone under 18, and any non-consensual, illegal or abusive sexual content. Every person who appears in a member’s content must be an adult who consented to it.

We remove violating content and close the accounts behind it. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as U.S. law requires. Anyone can report a photo, a post or a profile from inside the app, and a person who appears in an intimate image without their consent can use our removal request whether or not they are a member.
